Tahiti is perhaps the last Eden on Earth. The land we call home is a constant source of inspiration. It's a land of calmness and relaxation. Legendary natural beauty and serenity capture forever the hearts of even the most seasoned travelers - just as it did with Bougainville, Cook and Gauguin to name a few. Privacy and seclusion draw honeymooners to unspoiled beaches and calm lagoons. And treasures, from black pearl to vanilla bean, to the smile of a warm and joyful people, give a glimpse into the essence of Polynesia - a lifestyle that is culturally rich and diverse, attuned to its environment, safe and welcome.

Marina Base: Marina Uturoa, Raiatea
By Air: Fly direct to Tahiti via the international airport in Papeete, the capital of Tahiti. Internal flights between Papeete and Raiatea are with Air Tahiti. Airport transfers can be made on request and the base is close to the airport and from Uturoa, the capital of the Leeward Islands. By Boat from Tahaa: The public ferry (navette) connected the Raiatea with Tahaa during weekdays only. A single ride currently costs 763 and there are several routes running from Uturoa to different parts of Tahaa. Tahaa Transport Rapide is another option, the only one on weekends and holidays (runs seven days a week). A single ride costs about 1,500F and they can drop off at several points around Tahaa. Both options depart from the quay in ‘downtown’ Uturoa.

Everything about the boat seems spacious, but the flow from the wide aft cockpit to the roomy main saloon, and from there down into the accommodations and staterooms, is natural and intuitive. In other words, it may be a very large vessel, but it still feels accessible and inviting. This is a fast sailing boat that you will remain comfortable in the whole time!
